The document will not post, the report does not add up — ask LenSA

LenSA Assistant for 1C helps the people who work in 1C without being expected to read code: accountants, storekeepers, HR, managers. It looks straight into your database instead of guessing.

What people come with

  • Why will this document not post?
  • Which field do I fill in?
  • Where is it filled in, in my configuration?
  • Why is the report showing the wrong total?
  • How do I record a consignment document?
  • Where did this document end up?

It tells you what to fill in — and when it is not on you, it says that too

Half of the trouble in 1C comes down to an empty field, and LenSA shows which one and where. The other half is not your job at all: when the cause sits in configuration code, the assistant says so instead of walking you in circles. From there the task belongs to LenSA Developer or to your programmer.

Query Console for 1C — for developers

Live work with your database

It looks into your database instead of guessing

It reads the configuration structure and the documents themselves: which catalogues, registers and reports you actually have, and what sits in the fields. Every step is visible on screen — which object the assistant opened before answering.

You decide what it may do

A switch right in the input bar. In Control mode the assistant asks before every action on your data. In Trust mode it acts on its own. A person picks the access level, not the program.

An AI model for each task

Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and others — chosen for the task and the budget instead of one imposed model.

It changes data, not just advises Soon

Fill a field, repost a document, fix a catalogue entry — on your confirmation in Control mode.

It reads photos and files Soon

A scan of an invoice, a photo of a document, a table — recognised and carried into 1C.

It remembers your rules Soon

Explain a quirk of your accounting once and the assistant applies it from then on. Rules stay with you and never mix with anyone else's.

What you need to start

1C:Enterprise 8.5 and an internet connection. One external data processor: open it and work.

What you do NOT need

No configuration extensions and no sign-off from an administrator. No powerful graphics card. No AI models installed on your machine. No separate subscription: coins are shared with the Query Console.
