Revision 2 dated 23.07.2026

This English text is a translation of the Russian original and is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By using our Service (hereinafter — the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you are not entitled to use the Service.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time by publishing an updated version in the Service together with the date on which it takes effect. Amendments do not apply to purchases already made or to coins already paid for. If you do not agree with the amended version, you are entitled to close your account in the manner set out in clause 11.4, with a refund of the balance of paid coins on the terms of that clause. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amendments constitutes your agreement to the updated version.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides:

  • A web application and/or a mobile application for access to AI inference
  • An API for integration with external systems
  • A coin system for paying for requests to neural network models
  • Account management and usage history features

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without any guarantee of specific results.

3. Account and registration

3.1 Creating an account

When registering, you:

  • Undertake to provide accurate and complete information
  • Undertake to keep your password confidential
  • Bear full responsibility for all activity in your account
  • Undertake to notify us of any unauthorised access

3.2 Account requirements

  • One user (a natural person) — one account
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to refuse registration without stating reasons

3.3 Responsibility for the account

You are fully responsible for:

  • All actions performed under your account
  • The security of your credentials
  • All payments made and coins spent
  • Compliance with these terms and all applicable laws

4. Payments and coins

4.1 Coins

  • Coins are a virtual currency used only within the Service
  • Coins cannot be exchanged for real money and are non-refundable while the account remains in active use
  • Coins have no expiry date. We may write off unused coins after one year of no activity in the account
  • A refund of the balance of paid coins is possible only upon full closure of the account in the manner set out in clause 11.4

4.2 Payments

  • All payments are processed by third-party payment providers
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date
  • Refunds are governed by the payment provider's policy
  • We are not liable for delays, payment errors or refusals by providers

4.3 Prices and changes

  • Prices for services may change at any time
  • Current prices are set out in the "Prices and cost" section
  • Price changes do not apply to payments already made
  • In the event of significant changes, we will notify you at your next use of the Service

4.4 When services are considered rendered

  • The service of granting a licence to the client-side application is considered rendered from the moment the User downloads the data processor file
  • The service of access to the AI assistant is considered rendered for each request for which coins have been debited
  • This clause does not limit the consumer rights set out in clause 10.4, nor does it override the procedure for refunding remaining paid coins under clause 11.4

5. Use of the API

5.1 API access

  • The API is available only to authorised users holding a valid key
  • An API key is bound to the account holder's wallet: every request made with the key is charged to that balance, regardless of who made it
  • You bear full responsibility for the security of your key and for every request made with it
  • If your key is compromised, renew or delete it immediately

5.2 Usage restrictions

  • Using the API to create copies or backups of content at scale is prohibited
  • Using the API without authorisation or by circumventing restrictions is prohibited
  • Reselling API access, or granting it to third parties as a service — including as part of your own service, product or intermediary arrangement — is prohibited
  • Using the API for purposes contrary to the law is prohibited

5.3 Request limits

  • The API is subject to limits on the number of requests per hour
  • Exceeding the limits results in restricted access
  • Repeated violations may result in the account being blocked
  • We reserve the right to set or change the limits without notice

5.4 API reliability

  • The Service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of trouble-free operation
  • We do not guarantee 100% availability or response speed
  • We may carry out maintenance without prior notice
  • You bear the risk of using the API in mission-critical systems

6. Content and its use

6.1 Your content

  • You retain all rights to the content of your requests and to the files you upload
  • You grant us the right to store, process and display the results
  • You confirm that your content does not infringe the rights of third parties
  • We log requests for security and diagnostic purposes

6.2 Content received from the models

  • Results obtained from neural network models are your property
  • You bear full responsibility for the use of that content
  • You may not use the results to retrain or fine-tune models for the purpose of creating a competing service

6.3 Generated content

  • Content created by neural network models may contain errors, inaccuracies or biases
  • The models are not sentient and do not guarantee the accuracy of the information
  • You bear full responsibility for verifying and using the generated content

6.4 Risks of AI generation and transfer of content to model providers

  • Generated content is created using the artificial intelligence technologies of third-party providers and may lack the attributes of originality, and may coincide in whole or in part with content generated in response to requests by other users of the Service or by users of other services that rely on the same technologies
  • By using generated content, you assume all risks associated with a possible infringement of the exclusive rights of third parties arising from such coincidence or from other characteristics of how artificial intelligence technologies operate
  • Neither we nor the providers of the AI models we use are liable for adverse consequences associated with the risks set out in this clause
  • When your requests and the content you upload are processed through the API of third-party AI model providers, you grant us and those providers the right to use such content, and the generated content created on its basis, to the extent necessary to process, store and transmit it and to deliver the results to you

7. Prohibited activity

You undertake not to:

7.1 Unlawful activity

  • Use the Service for purposes prohibited by the law of your country
  • Violate local, national or international law
  • Assist others in violating the law

  • Generate content promoting discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, religion, nationality or sexual orientation
  • Create content of a sexual or erotic nature

7.3 Fraud and security

  • Use the Service for phishing, spam or social engineering
  • Conduct DDoS attacks, security scanning or testing without authorisation
  • Distribute malware or viruses
  • Impersonate another user or company

7.4 Disruption of operation

  • Overload the Service with excessive requests
  • Use automated means to circumvent restrictions

7.5 Infringement of rights

  • Upload or share copyright-protected content without permission
  • Use trademarks, logos or intellectual property without permission
  • Infringe personal data, privacy or the rights of third parties

7.6 Material involving the sexualisation of minors

The creation, requesting, storage or distribution through the Service of any material sexualising minors, in any form, is absolutely prohibited. This rule applies without exception and is not to be construed on the same footing as other breaches of these terms.

Where such activity is identified, we will:

  • immediately and without prior notice block the account with no right of restoration;
  • retain the relevant data and pass the information to the competent law enforcement authorities in the manner prescribed by law;
  • also be entitled to disclose the account data to other interested organisations authorised to counter such activity, to the extent permitted by law.

Clauses 11.3 and 11.4 (on the blocking procedure and the refund of coins) do not apply to this clause.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 Rights in the Service

  • All content of the Service (code, interface, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright
  • You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service
  • The licence to use the Service is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable

8.2 The client-side part

  • The client-side part of the software may be adapted to your needs for personal purposes
  • Adapted versions may not be distributed or used commercially
  • The source code of the application remains our property

You use the results at your own risk and must verify their reliability before use.

9.3 External services

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment providers and their operation
  • Third-party models and technologies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Lost opportunities or income
  • Indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages
  • Any losses arising from use of the Service

This applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damage.

10.3 Non-excludable terms

Notwithstanding any other provision, we remain liable for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or wilful misrepresentation
  • Breach of obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded

10.4 Consumer rights

The provisions of this section 10 do not limit or exclude your rights expressly provided for by consumer protection law, including the right to a reduction of the price of the service, to the cost-free remedy of defects and to compensation for losses caused by defects in the service (Art. 29 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights"), as well as the right to withdraw from the contract and recover amounts paid for services not rendered (Art. 32 of that Law and Art. 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

11. Blocking and termination of access

11.1 Right to block

We may at any time:

  • Restrict access to features
  • Suspend your account
  • Block access entirely
  • Delete the content of your account

11.2 Grounds for blocking

Without prior notice:

  • Breach of these terms
  • Unlawful activity
  • Suspected fraud or hacking
  • Activity threatening the security of the Service

With notice (7 days to remedy):

  • Technical breaches
  • Payment arrears

11.3 Consequences of blocking

  • You lose access to all features
  • Where the blocking is caused by a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, fraud or any other ground set out in clause 11.2 (blocking without prior notice), the remaining coins are not refunded
  • All account data may be deleted after 90 days
  • You may not create a new account using the same details

11.4 Closure at your initiative

  • You may at any time submit a request to close your account through the support form
  • We review the request and close the account within 10 business days of receiving it
  • Where the account is closed at your initiative (and the closure is not connected with blocking for a breach of the terms), you are refunded the balance of the coins paid for with money, less (a) the value of the services already consumed by the time of closure and (b) the costs we actually incurred in accepting the payment (the payment provider's fee)
  • Bonus coins, promo-code coins and any other coins not paid for with money are non-refundable and are written off first when the balance is calculated

  • Critical maintenance may result in temporary unavailability
  • We aim to give advance notice of scheduled maintenance

13. Indemnification

You undertake to compensate us for documented losses and expenses (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, including where that breach has given rise to well-founded claims or actions by third parties.

This clause does not apply to losses arising through our fault and does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.

14. General provisions

14.1 Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14.2 Dispute resolution

  • We seek to resolve any dispute amicably through negotiation
  • If a dispute cannot be settled by negotiation, you are entitled to bring proceedings before a court at your place of residence, at our location, or at the place where the contract was concluded or performed — at your choice, in accordance with Art. 17 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
  • You are also entitled to seek protection of your rights from Rospotrebnadzor or another authorised body

14.3 Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service and supersede any prior arrangements on the same subject matter.

14.4 Severability

If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

14.5 No waiver
